The more complete recitations here of the founding documents, speeches and actions of historical figures show a pretty well researched conclusion that cast aspersions on all our recent political leaders from Carter to Regean, to Clinton, to Bush, to present day and their attempts to usurp the American vision of freedom for the ends of their administrations.
